1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the baazi id platform and its users. By accessing or using the platform through the baazi id website, mobile application, or any other means, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

baazi id is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services. All services offered on the platform are governed by this Agreement.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

This Agreement applies in full to every member registered on the baazi id platform. These terms take effect from the moment an account is opened and remain in force for as long as the account is active. Any member who does not agree with any part of these terms is requested to refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on baazi id, members must provide accurate and complete information. It is mandatory to correctly fill in the name, mobile number, email address, and any other required details. baazi id reserves the right to close at any time any account opened with false or misleading information.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but baazi id's security team may carry out additional verification in such cases.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baazi id reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Members are required to keep their login details, password, and OTP entirely confidential. If this information is shared with a third party, full responsibility rests with the member. Any unauthorised access to an account must be reported to baazi id's support team immediately.

• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and personal.
• To change account details, members must contact baazi id's support team.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to inform the support team of any suspicious transactions.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on baazi id and use its services, members must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about age at the time of registration will be considered a serious breach of this Agreement and the account will be permanently closed.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

baazi id primarily operates services for users in Bangladesh. Before using the platform, members must confirm for themselves that there are no local restrictions on using such services from their location. Online gaming laws may differ across countries and regions, and members are solely responsible for verifying this.

3.2 Restricted Regions

baazi id's services may not be used from any country or region where online betting or gaming is prohibited by law. If any account is found to be operating in violation of this restriction, baazi id reserves the right to close that account at any time and withhold the balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used to make deposits on baazi id. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. When making a deposit, members must ensure they are using a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are also supported for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10–45 minutes. After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, the baazi id team verifies it before releasing the funds.

4.3 General Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• The name on the mobile banking account must match the name on the baazi id account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• baazi id may carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus offers may have a specific time limit; bonuses expire at the end of that period.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

baazi id runs various promotional offers regularly, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards, and friend referral benefits. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Members should read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the baazi id platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Results in all games — including slots, live casino, and sports betting — are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Any attempt to influence game outcomes through strategies or technical means is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. baazi id reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet connection problem, or any other technical fault, baazi id will make every reasonable effort to protect the member's interests. However, baazi id will not be liable for any financial loss arising from such situations.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game is prohibited.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed on a sports betting event before it starts will generally be refunded if the event is cancelled.
• baazi id reserves the right to correct any incorrect result caused by a technical fault.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baazi id platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of the funds concerned.

• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for a third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by baazi id

baazi id may temporarily suspend any account for rule violations, suspicious activity, or while an account verification process is ongoing. During suspension, the member will not be able to access the platform or conduct transactions.

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed in cases of serious rule violations. Reasons for permanent closure include: fraud, forgery, attempted money laundering, accounts belonging to minors, operating multiple accounts, and repeated rule violations.

8.3 Account Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at will. To do so, they must contact baazi id's support team. The balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

9 Data Privacy

baazi id is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a member's own decisions, losses due to internet connection disruptions, or issues caused by third parties. Betting and gaming are inherently risky, and the possibility of losing always exists.

10.2 Service Continuity

Temporary interruptions to the service may occur due to maintenance, software updates, or unexpected technical issues. In such cases, baazi id will try to notify members in advance and resolve issues promptly.

11 Terms Changes

baazi id reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Changes take effect once published on the website. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to send a notification to members' registered mobile numbers or email addresses.

11.1 Use After Changes

If a member continues to use the platform after terms have been changed, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. It is therefore the member's own responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed about the latest terms and conditions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution
